Customization options

Casting molds- LBC molds can be used.
- Customers can also provide their own dedicated mold types, including permanent non-core molds (such as molds for producing grooved coupling, U-bolt mechanical tees, etc.) and molds casting with core (such as molds for producing grooved elbows, grooved tees, etc.).

Gaskets- LBC gaskets: EPDM gaskets.
- Special customized gaskets can also be provided based on specific requirements.

Bolts- LBC bolts: class 8.8 blue and white zinc-plated bolts, class 8.0 blue and white zinc-plated flange nuts.
- Customer-specific bolts: Minimum order quantity of 50,000 sets.
